Call Center Representative Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls.
- Handle all customer enquiries and service and fault support.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues.
- Fulfills service requests; completing Navision transaction; forwarding service requests.
- Maintains and updating customers’ database by entering information.
- Answer questions about the product details.
- Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with their appliances.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Office hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Closed on public holidays in Singapore. If it is public holiday in Malaysia and not in Singapore, CSO has to work.

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
