Job Description - To audit payroll calculation including overtime, rest day, public holiday and deductions. - To verify attendance with payroll calculation. - To conduct analysis of payroll error and prepare report on audit findings. - Skilled in calculating salary based on the salary scale. - Audit employees HR documentations by individual payrolls. - Prepare salary report for uploading salary to Finance. - Able to conduct training to payroll on all payroll matters. - Able to give advice and evaluate payroll journal preparation. Requirements - Diploma in Business or equivalent. - 2-3 years working experience in Payroll or Finance. - Excellent in math and number orientated. - Good communications skills. - Dateline orientated and committed. - Able to work independently and being proactive.
