**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and resolving customer queries.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Monitor trading activities and transactions of customer.
- Deliver the information of price lists, sales promotion, special incentives, and campaigns.
- Processes sales quotations and orders in accordance with SOP with highly expectation on compliance as well as information accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform order processing related duties from assigned markets such as to verify orders to ensure data accuracy and service level requirement.
- Work with other functional team to ensure a smooth order release arrangement for shipment to ensure no payment risk.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Proficient in Mandarin and English (oral & written).
- Related work experience in Customer Service field
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on Weekends, Public Holidays & Shifts (occasionally).
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
