Help Desk Consultant

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues in person, via phone or electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Walk customers through problem solving process and advice user on appropriate action
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Research questions using available information resources
- Follow standard help desk procedures

**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Help desk: 1 year (preferred)
