**About the Team**:
As a member of the Seller Community Team, the Copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects/programmes, working closely with the PIC's (Person In Charge) and design teams to brainstorm ideas, consult, and develop messaging from the lens of sellers. Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand respective department's, products/services, and business development goals.
- Manage all Shopee seller communication channels
- Identify and understand requirements of internal stakeholders for content development
- Design and implement a consistent tone and manner for mass seller communications in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
- Proofread and edit seller communications content before publication

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Journalism/ Communications/ related field
- 2-3 years experience in copywriting/ content writer
- Corporate communications background is preferable
- Excellent editing and writing communications in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good team player, willingly to learn and able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
