Altomate is seeking for talent who is passionate about technology and business strategy to lead platform initiatives. You will play an integral role in driving the ecosystem strategy by identifying new opportunities for partnerships across Altomate and future product lines with a focus on key B2B use cases. This position requires a strong understanding of technology and excellent business acumen to identify growth opportunities and create valuable alliances.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Ecosystem Development**:
- Identify, assess, and develop strategic partnerships with relevant players in the business ecosystem, not limited to Financial Institutions, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Work closely with the leadership team to define and execute a comprehensive ecosystem development strategy.
- **Market Development**:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the corporate services industry.
- Responsible to develop and execute market expansion plans to grow our customer base and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- **Partnership Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing ecosystem partners to ensure mutual success.
- Manage technical and business negotiations, and partner with our legal team to develop and negotiate custom partnership agreements and repeatable templates to scale to future partnerships.
- Negotiate and structure partnership and commercial agreements, and go to market strategies that align with mutual business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
- Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, and CEO/COO level meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-related technologies and innovations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business development and process improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models related to business development activities.
- **Co-Creation of Activities**:
- Spearhead and cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships through a variety of avenues, including webinars, workshops, panel discussions, keynote presentations, and other form of online and physical activities
- with the objective to enhance the Company brand but also serve as key revenue drivers.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 4+ years of experience in partner management or business development.
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the technology or corporate services industry.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business operations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at understanding and contributing to conversations with colleagues in technical functions around product specifications.
- Ability to develop, review and negotiate complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures.
**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM5,000 - RM7,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits
**WORKING HOUR**:
- Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
**WORKING LOCATION**:
- 38, 3rd Floor, Jalan Radin Anum, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
