HR & Admin Executive (Full Spectrum of HR Function)

Senai, Malaysia EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd Full time

**Recruitment**:

- Prepare employment letter & arrange account opening.
- Prepare the on-boarding and off-boarding process of employees.
- Prepare attendance reports.

**Payroll Administration**:

- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Handle tax-related matters and statutory deductions.
- Maintain detailed payroll records and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll disbursements.

**Training and Development**:

- Manage HRDC portal and liaise with HRD Corp.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.

**Human Resources**:

- Maintain employee records and leave management.
- Handling misconduct cases and managing employee grievances.
- Manage and track benefit expenses of employees.
- Monitor & review performance management with HOD.

**Foreign Workers Management**:

- Oversee the full spectrum of foreign workers management from recruiting and managing onboarding including accommodation in the hostel.
- Responsible for work permit, employment pass, special pass, and check-out memo.
- Coordinates foreign worker's administration such as the arrangement for FOMEMA.
- Main liaison between Immigration, JTK, & Foreign Workers/ Agents.

**Office Administration**:

- Oversee office & worker hostel maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and efficient.
- Responsible for renewing any contract including renewing company vehicle.
- Responsible for any administration record.

Other support when required and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
