Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies, initiatives, and action plans that align with our company’s values and business goals.
Collaborate with HR, leadership, and various teams to integrate DEI principles into recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and career development processes.
Establish and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI programs and initiatives, regularly assessing progress and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Conduct training and workshops to raise awareness and enhance understanding of DEI issues, fostering a more inclusive and culturally competent workforce.
Provide guidance and support to employee resource groups and affinity networks, encouraging their active participation in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Act as a liaison with external organizations and communities to enhance partnerships and drive meaningful DEI initiatives in our broader community.
Develop communication strategies to raise awareness of DEI efforts and celebrate diversity achievements throughout the organization.
Investigate and address any instances of bias, discrimination, or harassment, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and legal requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, incorporating them into our company’s policies and practices.
Who are we looking for?
Preferably with 3 - 5 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position..
Ability to deal with multiple challenges and to adapt with an environment that is constantly changing.
Demonstrates an affinity for digital platforms like social media; being digitally savvy is an added advantage.
Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations.
In-depth knowledge of DEI principles, best practices, and emerging trends in diversity and inclusion.
Familiarity with applicable labor laws and regulations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of DEI initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and build a culture of inclusivity.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders to champion DEI initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
