**Basic Function/Responsibilities**:
- Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Remote to user Computer to resolve the issue
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
**Required Experience**:
- Windows 7, Outlook 2010/ 2013, Office 2013
- Active Directory reset password and basic knowledge Exchange 2007
- Experience with McAfee desktop security products Trend Micro antivirus
- PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals,
- Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
- File server knowledge
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
- 1 years+ experience working in IT infrastructure environment
- Willing to work in shift environment (9am-12am) and weekend/PH
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
