To assist check in and check out guest efficiently and proceed with a proper method of payment.
- To be aware of the hotel availability at all times and selling rates for the day.
- To be aware of daily functions and VIP’s arrival.
- To be aware of group arrangements and have registrations cards and keys ready before arrival.
- To solve queries quickly and efficiently.
- To liaise closely with Shift Leader regarding ready rooms, early arrivals, room moves, stay overs and discrepancies.
