- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues efficiently
- Proficiency in product knowledge and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Diploma or post-secondary education in a relevant field
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
