Sales Account Manager

**Job Overview**:
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in your assigned customers' base and market segment.
- Responsible for understanding and maintaining client relationship, ability to generate sales leads from existing customer base and meeting sales target (harvesting).
- Relationship building with the customer, ability to retain our existing customer especially with their expired contracts as well to ensure EOL contracts is managed and closed off end to end complete.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Retention and Harvesting
- Reminder of end-of-lease (EOL) contracts to be provided to customers according to the notification periods given before expiration.
- Service existing accounts and further develop client relationships to ensure a steady growth in client's install base or wallet share.
- Responsible to create, track and follow-up quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Raise Rental Contract (RC), submit and process order.
- Track and monitor RC till delivery.
- Keep customer informed on expected time of delivery (ETD) of their orders.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with internal departments for new equipment, reman or refurb equipment orders in ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assist Sales Manager in any sales operations matters when necessary.
- Do cold call activities to establish new prospects within the existing client base or totally new prospects.
- Have the ability to thoroughly qualify prospects and establish contact with them for appointment.
2) New clients acquisition (Ad-hoc Basis)
Assist the Business Development Manager in the following core activities and duties;
- Conduct lead-generation activities including cold call, events participation, etc to establish new prospects.
- Have the ability to thoroughly qualify prospects and establish contact with them for appointment.
- Responsible to create, track and follow-up quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible to coordinate and collaborate with internal departments for timely quotation/proposal preparation.
3) Documentation
- Responsible to create quotations and proposals that are tailored to each specific client request.
- To submit daily and/or weekly sales reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- To submit accurate and timely pipeline for sales and business planning.
**; Requirements: - Requirements for the role**:
- Deep understanding and good articulation of the benefits of remanufactured equipment vs new equipment and the sustainability factor.
- Solid foundation in sales fundamentals such as scoping client's needs assessment, proposal development, identifying risk and close follow-ups for closure.
- Produce customer-specific proposals and attend customer meetings and presentations, to pitch to clients the benefits of renting for their new requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial reports to support justification of a business case.
- Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills
- Reading Analyzing and Interpreting Financial Statements (Added Advantage)
- Effective Business communication
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration/Business Management/Computer Science/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in key account management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
