**Responsibilities**:
- Human Resources
- 1. Handle full spectrum of payroll administration.
- 2. Responsible for staff compensation and**Benefits**:

- 3. Maintaining staff records, filling systems and updated employee’s database.
- 4. Responsible for daily HR correspondences and prepare monthly payroll processing
- 5. Liaise with statutory bodies, partners and finance department on payroll matters.
- 6. Assist in administering compensation and benefit plans such as staffs’ medical and insurance claims, registration, deletion and renewal.
- 7. Preparation relevant letters and memos.
- 8. Prepare Monthly Payroll review and reporting to manager.
- 9. Monitoring, compiling and filling the disciplinary report by staff in monthly basis. Example: Verbal warning, Warning Letter and Misconduct.
- 10. Monitoring, compiling and filling staff movement such as confirmation, renewal contract, extend probation, termination and end contract as well as preparing letter.- 12. Resolve issues regarding ESS system that complaint by staff.
- 13. Prepare HR review report monthly.
- 14. Prepare payroll journal and submit to finance department.
- 15. Perform other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time
