Job Purpose
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Calling potential clients.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Processing claims
- Assist on the Sales Closing Process
- Quotation preparation
- Follow-up customer feedback
- Invoice preparation
- Follow-up for payment
- Manage public sectors and GLC key accounts
- Participating in RFP’s and tenders
- Exploring and proposing training grants
- Provide weekly sales forecast
