**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure completion of PB clients’ transactions related to FD and CASA.
- Respond to any queries/complaints by PB clients and keep the PB Relationship Managers (PBRMs) updated on the progress.
- Cross-sell other Consumer Banking products (credit card) to PB clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as the Bank’s policies & procedures.
