HR and Admin Manager

- ** Job Description**: 1. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
2. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
3. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
4. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
5. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
6. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
7. Support worker communication with the management team.
8. Responsible for taking care of various functions performed in organization.
9. Manage, organise necessary training and increase the efficiency of the systems of support such as the human resource working for the organization, Operation department, etc
11. Responsible to coordinate and organize the monthly department meeting, management meeting within or out of the office then preparation and compilation of the confidential meeting agenda and record the meeting minutes.
- ** Requirement**:
- Education Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Experience : 3 years of working experience related to Human Resource Management
- Require Skill : Microsoft Excel, Words
- ** Other Language**: Mandarin, English
- ** Benefit**: Yearly Increment and Performance Bonus
Incentive (if hit sales billing target) 5%-10% based on basic salary.
