1. Provide secretarial assistance to CEO / Directors / Associates / Architects on all clerical and administrative issues. 2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as applicable and required by project quality management system. 3. Register all incoming and outgoing correspondences. 4. Provide and control correspondence and document transmittal references. 5. File all documents received or issued are filed as per Company Filing Index. 6. Carry out typing work, general clerical and administrative duties. 7. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
