Job Description
- Identify training needs driven by the change from performance improvement projects/ initiatives
- Engage relevant stakeholders to organise training/coaching to close gaps
- Standardise training approaches, tools and methodologies across all ops div departments
- Monitor training/coaching progress and its impact towards adopting the change/new way of working
- Conduct learning needs analysis to assess current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the function’s strategy, business restructuring and future plans
- Translate the long-term objectives for the Training & Development into tactical plans
- Develop customized learning and development strategies, plans and curricula to improve overall workforce capabilities for current and future roles, and to promote lifelong learning
- Recommend and implement innovative and creative learning and development channels and technology to engage learners and increase the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
- Analyze learning effectiveness, evaluate data to derive insights on the effectiveness and return on investment of learning and development programmes and recommend improvement actions to improve workforce capabilities.
- Develop communication material/ information kits for the programmes/ activities to convey desired messages clearly and effectively to the targeted audience.
- Review the range of SOPs and Processes services against the best in class processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of service quality or costs reduction.
- Create learning roadmaps with reference to Career Maps and Skills Maps of the Skills Framework
- Justify the resources required to support changes in resources, procedures, systems, or technology within the function

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in any fields of study with direct experience in training areas
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in developing learning and development plan for large organizations with focus/specialization on operational excellence
- Relevant work experience in airline operations with fair understanding of the business and typical operational challenges in the area of learning and development
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and a working level second language
- Proficiency in using Google Suite Applications and MS Office
- Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level
- Enthusiastic and capable of working with various functions and multiple levels stakeholders.
- Comfortable with independently planning tasks and managing time, including the tracking and processing of information in a fast-moving environment
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask. Ability to work with very mínimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills.
