**Location**:12-3F, Jalan Setia Perdana BF U13/BF, Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor
**Salary**:RM3,000- RM3,500
**Working hours**: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
**Job Details**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.
- Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.
- Responsibilities involving administrative duties, as well as various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
