Administration Executives

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
2. Handling, managing & preparing any documentation needed by client.
3. To ensure the project flow runs smoothly in terms of documentation, systems, & liaise with client management.
5. Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
6. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Must have at least diploma/degree in administration or in any related fields.
2. Able to work in a team or individual.
3. Able to work under pressure.
4. Able to work in fast pace work environment.
5. Able to commute or relocate in **Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.**
5. At least 1 year work experience in administration.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
