Technical Support Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule with customers on preventive maintenance activities
- Document technical knowledge in the form of guide and manual
- Liaise with external contractual support or vendors for hardware / software problems or defective products
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Virtual Machines, and networks
- Strong analytical skills with critical-thinking mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Possess own transport
**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month
