**About the Team**:

- The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. - Assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting and updating trackers.
- Assist the company with tasks set out by teams, including but not limited to research.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, able to commence a full-time internship for minimum 3 months.
- Major in Real Estate/Property Management.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English.
- Proficient in GSheet & Google Drive.
- Detailed oriented.
- Able to start internship immediately.
