Sales Account Manager

Roles
- Delivery of Sales / Business Development budgets and initiatives to support the business strategy & to exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver annual account plans and forecasts.
- Maintain weekly & monthly reports of account base & KPIs
- To ensure that in all accounts, the business potential is maximised through increasing penetration of all brands within the account base.
- To resolve customers’ issues and where necessary raise profile of issues to ensure customer service and delivery of our promise is achieved.
- Work closely, communicates effectively of results and objectives via regular team meetings, coaching and makes field visits with Regional Sales manager & Account Managers to observe and evaluate their assigned territory, relationships and ability to serve the best interests of the company.
- Training and development of all team members on skills and company competencies.
- Complete management reports and necessary.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ relevant Sales experience other than 4-5 years of individual in Business Development/Selling to key account organisation with proven track record.
- BD/Sales experience in Electronic Components/distribution is preferred -Good communication & writing skills
