**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- HRIS Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and design customized HR information system solutions (Workday).
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- System Configuration and Testing:
- Configure HRIS software to meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee accurate data processing and system functionality.
- Data Migration:
- Oversee the secure and accurate migration of HR data from legacy systems to the newly implemented HRIS, minimizing disruptions and maintaining data integrity.
- Training and Support:
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to client stakeholders and HR personnel, enabling them to effectively utilize the HRIS tools.
- Offer ongoing technical support to address any system-related issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess HR processes and identify areas for optimization and automation within the HRIS to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure the HRIS adheres to data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an HRIS Consultant or in a similar HRIS implementation role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HRIS software (SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, TalentSoft etc.).
- Familiarity with system configuration, data migration, and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into HRIS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Malaysian languages.
