**Role Overview**:As the Executive Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing both the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments of the hotel. This leadership position requires a strong background in both rooms division operations and F&B management. Your dedication to exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence will be essential in maintaining the high standards the hotel is renowned for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operations within rooms division and F&B areas.**:

- **Implement and enhance operational procedures to optimise guest satisfaction and efficiency.**:

- **Provide guidance and leadership to department managers, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.**:

- **Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.**:

- **Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.**:

- **Oversee the execution of events and functions at the large facilities, ensuring flawless coordination and execution.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high standards.
- Malaysian nationals only.
