Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive - SME to join our team at OCBC Bank. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue through sales and marketing activities, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Customer Identification:
  • Identify and qualify potential SME customers based on their business needs and requirements.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust and credibility.
Sales and Marketing Activities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to reach target SMEs.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities to raise awareness about our products and services.
Relationship Management:
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize revenue and business potential.
  • Identify and capitalize on potential risks and areas for growth within these relationships.
Key Qualifications
  1. Degree fresh graduates welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  2. Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or sales-related capacity (as a Relationship Manager or Mobile Sales) with a minimum lending or credit background.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Results-driven and proactive approach to meeting targets and overcoming obstacles.
