Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Yap Ah Shak House. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and prevent monetary misappropriation.
  • Oversee and verify all revenue transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Monitor financial performance, examine transactions, and ensure trial balances are accurate.
  • Assess and manage the creditworthiness of tenants/members and maintain credit controls.
  • Supervise accounts receivables, ensuring timely collections and credit updates for restaurant outlets.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of a full set of accounts, including management accounts and reporting packages.
  • Assist in cash flow projections and financial planning to support operational needs.
  • Coordinate audit and tax schedules, including corporate tax computations.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budget allocations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial documentation.
