Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Executive plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customers and our clients. Their primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information, and meeting customer needs to ensure exceptional service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
This critical position requires strong listening skills and the ability to respond promptly to make recommendations or solutions to the customer's problems. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English are also essential requirements.
The responsibilities of this occupation include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Great attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Handle daily customer order fulfillment with a strong commitment to ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage daily customer incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer comments and feedback regarding our products and services.
- Exercise basic salesmanship to promote/upsell all relevant products to increase business revenue.
- Assist in new product testing, implementation, and launches.
- Responsible for deploying and applying all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Perform and achieve the KPIs as assigned.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Economics, Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Resilient to thrive in a complex environment.
