The Head of Sales, Middle Market, plays a key role in leading the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability within the commercial banking segment.

He/She is responsible for developing and implementing business plans to acquire and grow corporate relationships with middle market clients.

This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience in driving sales acquisitions, performance tracking, and business process review.

A successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of the competitive market landscape, as well as demonstrated portfolio and asset quality management skills.
