About the Role:
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who can effectively meet sales targets and manage projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to collaborate with clients, and present innovative design concepts using visual tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Manage showroom sales and walk-in sales, identifying marketing trends and implementing best sales practices to achieve key sales results.
  • Coordinate and manage site progress with the project manager, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Process sales orders efficiently and effectively, meeting customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints, developing innovative design concepts and presenting them using 2D/3D visualization tools.
  • Prepare project estimates and quotations based on client specifications, providing accurate and timely proposals.
  • Develop solid works drawings for custom-made items for clients, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective customers and leads, creating sales opportunities and driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree holder in any field of studies, with relevant working experience in sales retail/interior design/renovation/contracts.
  • Ability to multitask and perform with minimum supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Passionate about learning, sharing, and growing together with the team, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
