Job Description

The Junior Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing marketing plans, assisting in sales strategy, and working on revenue streams to maximize sales.

  • Coordinate staff, conduct market research, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Liaise with media organizations and advertising agencies to execute marketing strategies.
  • Work with executives to determine targets and develop pricing strategies for products and services.
  • Assist in executing the sales strategy to expand the customer database.
  • Develop alternative revenue streams to maximize sales by initiating new ideas for product development and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service at all times.
  • Submit monthly sales reports for management.
  • Perform other duties as specified by management related to sales and marketing.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of working experience required in Sales and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in English), impeccable grammar, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing trends.
  • A passion for merchandise, tourism, attractions, and trends.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
