Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:
    • Solicit and market loan and products to sole-props, partnerships and professional bodies.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling:
    • Ensure bundling cross-selling to drive and generate fee-based income from Forex, CASA and Insurance.
  • Customer Service:
    • Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sales service.
  • Team Support:
    • Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Emerging Business umbrella from time to time.
    • Provide support to Head of Enterprise Mass Market in achieving team targets.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline and strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated and driven individual with a focus on customer service will excel in this role.
