Job Description:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in finding the most suitable candidates for various roles within the company.

  • We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and possess excellent communication skills.
  • This role requires someone who can work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and interview questions.
  • As a senior talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for advertising job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • You will also be involved in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining confidentiality of candidate data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
  • Certification from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods and techniques.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
