Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Material Design: Design and develop required learning material based on agreed forms and format for both conventional and e-Learning requirements.
  • e-Learning Format Conversion: Convert required training module into e-Learning format.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Facilitate and conduct the required learning program and ensure delivery meets its objectives.
L&D System Requirements and Administration
  • Admin Roles: Perform supporting admin roles for all L&D system requirements in terms of documents and record entry.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the systems are in working condition all the time; perform self-audit to ensure the integrity of data keyed in and reports generated.
  • Training Records: Maintain all training records both hardcopy and system entry for all training managed and organized by Group L&D.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree Holders: Degree holders in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or any equivalent field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive training plans, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in managing training records and L&D systems, strong analytical and reporting skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
