About the Role

This Sales Manager position is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team at ThunderSoft. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

You will need to have a strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and trends in the industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be able to develop new clients and build a database of potential clients in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of ThunderSoft's business and products
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including decision-makers at all levels
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate with clients to promote deals and close sales
  • Track and report on sales activity, including pipeline and forecast
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT outsourcing industry
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and trends in the industry
  • Able to develop new clients and build a database of potential clients in various sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients
