About the Job

E-Document Solution Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented and experienced E-Document Solution Sdn Bhd Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, sourcing quality vendors and suppliers, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  • Sourcing high-quality vendors and suppliers to improve pricing and product offerings.
  • Driving sales growth through identifying new business opportunities and actively pursuing potential clients.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets as set by the company.
  • Understanding clients' specific requirements to offer tailored solutions and improve client satisfaction.
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales effectively to maximize revenue.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales strategies and meet market demands.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years in sales, business development, or related roles. Experience in international sales is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse cultures.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, including overseas trips.
