Required Skills and Qualifications
  • International working experience across either Africa, South America, or South Asia
  • Knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape for transnational companies with at least 6-8 years of working experience as a payments partnership manager in the cross-border business
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks to break down barriers and improve cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and confidence with partners

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or international relations, is required. A master's degree is preferred.
