Payroll Administrator Lead

Purpose and Scope:
- The purpose of this role is to manage the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, from preparation to submission, ensuring smooth execution and minimal errors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, submitting necessary documents and payments on behalf of the company.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all payroll transactions, facilitating audits and reviews.
- Vendor Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party payroll vendors, managing contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Insights: Provide actionable insights through comprehensive financial reporting, informing business decisions and optimizing compensation structures.
- Commission Administration: Manage the commission and incentive payout process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to sales teams.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends through regular market analysis, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose changes to increase payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
