- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyzing client feedback and data to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- A strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
