Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Channel Growth Manager to lead our reseller engagement initiatives. This role will focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new reseller partners to expand our network.
Main Responsibilities
- Reseller Engagement & Onboarding: Identify potential resellers, establish relationships, and onboard new partners to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers to foster trust and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to support reseller sales growth, including training, marketing initiatives, and product updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track reseller performance metrics and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and reseller needs to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to align reseller activities with company goals.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues faced by resellers to ensure smooth operations and a positive partnership experience.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or channel sales (preferably in the POS system or SaaS industry).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of reseller business models and strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Familiarity: Familiarity with the hospitality and retail sectors is a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as required.
