Employee Relations Manager

As a People & Culture Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in shaping our company's culture and driving business success.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic insight and operational execution, with a focus on employee relations and organizational change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
- Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Managing employee relations issues effectively and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution.
- Leading organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations and maintaining accurate HR records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' HR related working experience, with a focus on employee relations.
- Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing organizational change and driving culture transformation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A successful candidate will:
- Be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
