Regional Business Development Manager

The Regional Business Development Manager role is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth in the Asian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive revenue.
Responsibilities- Business Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted marketing initiatives.
- Optimize lead generation performance using CRM tools and data analysis.
- Content Strategy:
- Create high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and email campaigns.
- Manage content updates across digital channels to ensure consistency with Mastrum's brand messaging.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to localize content for the Japanese audience.
- Market Expansion:
- Research new markets and opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to penetrate new markets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.
The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales support, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools is necessary. Fluency in Japanese is required.
