About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Planning cum Admin Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting planning efforts, coordinating with partners, and handling internal and external requests.

Key Responsibilities:- Support Planning Efforts: Follow up on internal communications, including marketing material distribution, information synchronization, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with Partners: Oversee the design, production, and delivery of project materials in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Handle Requests and Inquiries: Efficiently manage internal and external requests, ensuring timely responses and resolving issues effectively.
- Department Procurement: Oversee POs, invoices, and payments; reconcile accounts weekly with planning and monthly with department heads.
- Project Budgeting: Assist in updating project budgets, monitoring, and reporting marketing expenses to ensure utilization within allocated resources.
- Internal Department Activities: Organize and coordinate festival celebrations, team-building events, and internal meetings.
- Document Management: Manage document circulation, contract archiving, and office supplies.
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of admin-related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
