About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who wants to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer engagement, with a focus on deepening and acquisition.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Achieve monthly targets through acquisition of new/existing customers, upselling and/or cross selling of Credit Card, Personal Loan, Balances products etc through outbound calls.
  • Ensure prompt and timely call backs are made to clients as committed.
  • Apply skills learned via training programs to drive needs-based conversations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of various products offered and process as relevant.
