SME Account Growth and Engagement Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SME Account Growth and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Small Medium Enterprises (SME) Account Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and enhance the overall experience for our SME restaurant partners.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving business objectives, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

  • You will work closely with our SME restaurant partners to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • You will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform your strategies and recommendations.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a portfolio of SME restaurant accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with SME restaurant partners, understanding their goals, challenges, and pain points.
  • You will analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
