**Key Responsibilities**

* Improve supplier performance and strategise sourcing for future growth
* Align and implement global sourcing strategies across various categories
* Be the trusted business partner for key stakeholders within the business and operations teams

* Develop organisational capability to strengthen supplier engagement processes
* Implement aligned sourcing processes, sustainable supplier assessments and development approach

* Financial acumen to assess the total cost of dealing with a supplier

* Experience in high precision machining industries would be a distinct advantage
* Strong analytical skills (risk based) and goal-driven thinking
