Career Opportunity:

CIMB is seeking a Customer Success Manager - SME to join our team. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective SME customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cross-selling our products and services to these customers. This may involve cold calling or responding to customer inquiries. You will also work closely with our Team Lead to stay up-to-date with customer needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling our products and services to SME customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining accurate records of their contact information and preferences.
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and doubts in a professional manner.
