Job Overview

Nirvana Asia is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring alignment with sales goals and client needs.
  2. Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate product offerings to potential and existing clients, highlighting value and benefits.
  3. Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations that address client requirements and offer viable solutions.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by driving consistent performance and focusing on closing deals.
  5. Sales Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management on progress toward targets.
Customer Relationship Management
  1. Account Management: Proactively manage and nurture existing client accounts to build long-term partnerships and secure repeat business.
  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and fostering connections that lead to lasting business ties.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, providing personalized service, and anticipating client needs before they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in sales within the manufacturing industry or material handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
