About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Officer to join our team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoices, and sales documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Process sales and invoices to ensure accurate and timely dispatch, invoicing, and payment.
  • Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
  • Maintain current customer records, track order status, and generate sales reports and statistics using databases or other computerized systems.
Qualifications
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willingness to relocate to the job location.
