About Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to join our team at Crayon Malaysia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships, resellers, and system integrators in the Azure business.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT software or cloud sales, with a strong background in channel sales
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing and the competitive landscape, with knowledge of Azure a significant advantage
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, navigating complex technical environments, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead partner recruitment and onboarding efforts, ensuring seamless integration into our ecosystem
  • Develop and implement channel account plans and sales strategies, consistently exceeding performance targets
  • Drive lead generation activities, leveraging your expertise in cold calling, opportunity management, and CRM maintenance
  • Collaborate with the team to generate leads, execute marketing campaigns, and conduct post-event follow-up
  • Deliver sales enablement sessions with partners, empowering them to maximize their potential with Crayon's services and vendor portfolio
